1. General Terms & Conditions

3. Account Verification (KYC)

3k99 may request identity verification (KYC) on any account at its discretion. This is mandatory in particular before processing withdrawals or handling large transactions.

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification).
• Documentation proving ownership of the payment method.

Failure to submit KYC documents within the required period may result in a temporary account suspension and any pending withdrawals being placed on hold.

4. Deposits & Payments

7. Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• 3k99 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds.
• If match-fixing or any other irregular activity is suspected, the relevant bet will be suspended until the investigation is complete.
• In live betting, odds may change at any time. The odds at the moment the bet is confirmed will apply.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the game and event.

Official sources are used to determine Sports Betting outcomes. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3k99 platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Multi-Account: Opening or operating multiple accounts.
